This is somewhat of a trick question and truly impossible to answer as each project is unique. For example, standing seam metal roofs are much more costly than an asphalt comp roof, therefore price per square foot would be higher on a home with a metal roof than the same home with a comp roof. Usually, we can keep a custom home under $200/ Ft, but there are far too many variables for any guarantee.
